My friend Longfellow in HIS formalwear

Longfellow is very worldly. Here he is in his kimono. It's good to surround yourself with dogs like him. It expands my horizons and my world view.

I clean up pretty nice, huh?

Well, my dinner party was a huge success. You have no idea the amount of work I put into making it happen. Longfellow came and brought his parents, Larry and Shanna. Baxter and Celim came too. We ate and drank to our hearts content. Mom did a good job on the food--of course, I was the director of the kitchen and made sure each plate was turned out exactly to my specifications. I am a perfectionist afterall. Probably from watching so much Food Network with my Hal.

Since the theme of the dinner party was to use as much from my parent's wedding registry as we possibly could, I would say it was a success. We used the mixer, the pasta maker, the wok, the cookware, the linens, the china, the crystal, the wine glasses, the wine coasters, the napkin rings, the candlesticks, the appetizer plates, the fondue crock, the cake plate, the bundt pan...and of course, dad's mortar and pestal is holding the garage door as always. Good thing he got that!

I suppose we will have to make this a tradition...until next time.

I'm making rain!

Hey, this is Bugsy, this time coming at you from my Dad's office. Today was formal dress up day, so in this picture you'll see me in my new tux. I'm classy, so I dress up for work. None of this casual friday BS for me.

Anyhow, you can see me here on my Dad's desk, I had a busy day today. I dictated on about 5 files, filed an appeal, and called a few clients. I'm a good law clerk. I'm thinking maybe I'll go to law school and open up my own firm. I'd probably call it, "Hey this is Bugsy's law firm."

You can see in this picture I have one of my fangs out. That's one of the various tactics I use to get my way in a court of law. I bring my fang out, and it intimidates the other attorney. And I get what I want. Everybody wins at Hey this is Bugsy's Law firm!

Anyhow, I've gotta go make some more rain. Bye now!

I'll just help myself, thank you!

Sometimes my parents won't give me some of their dinner, so I found a way to help myself! I don't even ask anymore. I just get up on the table when they aren't looking (or at least when I THINK they aren't looking). I'm one tricky Bug!

Fun times with the woman I love!

Who knew playing fetch could be so fun? I'm so much faster than my Chelsea, but she keeps up just fine. She says she always lets me win because I'm a boy and boys always need to win. I say I let her keep up so she doesn't feel so bad about being so slow. I guess we'll have to agree to disagree...

My week with my woman

Chelsea and I had the best week. Our relationship is really off to a great start! Our parents are pretty progressive actually...they leave us alone together, let us sleep together and we even got to shower together. I have attached a photo montage of our week. We destroyed one loofa toy and were well on our way to destroying another. It's amazing that two dogs can tug at one toy and leave it annihilated in just ten minutes.

The good news is my Chelsea has conquered her fear of the dog door. It was great because we could come and go as we pleased. We would take romantic walks in my garden, sunbathe in my back yard, and drink some refreshing ice water out of one bowl. Don't get your hopes up about a pug/bug puppy...we're both fixed!

Ahoy...this is Bugsy

Ahoy from your favorite midshipman! I heard some great news today...my Chelsea is coming to visit me next week. She has a new little sister and her mom says Chelsea needs a break from the baby life. Whatever that means! But I'm glad to have her here. Maybe this time she will actually be able to figure out my new dog door. It's not that hard. I come in and out of it like a pro. I'll keep you posted on her visit...

Here is a video of Chelsea trying to figure out my new dog door. She is such a scaredy cat...WOMEN! Hopefully I'll be able to show you a video of her coming in and out like I do after her next visit. I'll have to work on it with her. Patience is a virtue.

I love my hose!

I don't know about you guys, but I sure love panty hose. I look foward to my mom getting home everyday because then I have a better chance of grabbing a new pair. There are only a few things I love more than panty hose--my Hal's shoes, mom's flip flops, my loofa dog, my backyard and of course, my walks. I have a pretty good life actually!
